The Goal, LLC Project is a 63,000 square foot mixed use development that is being constructed in the center of Jackson Hole, WY. Leaf is administering the LEED Certification process for the project. The project will include one of the United States' first LEED Certified restaurants as well as high quality residential and retail space.

There are many opportunities within the LEED system to reduce energy consumption and negative environmental impacts of existing buildings. Leaf is currently working on LEED existing building certification for a 38,000 SF office building owned by the W.W. Reynolds Company in downtown Boulder CO.
Builders and developers worldwide are realizing the benefits of building “green” and are taking the appropriate steps towards solidifying their firms as providers of sustainable building designs. Leaf has been providing LEED consultation for the Bergman Construction Management group in Denver CO on the 5000 SF addition to their office headquarters.

Leaf has structured sustainable specifications that will result in a development that is carbon neutral in its operations. Unique to Teton Meadows is the design of a subdivision scale geothermal heat loop that will be used to space heat and cool structures within the development.

Mountain Legends Ranch is a 99 unit residential development located below the Grand Targhee Ski Resort in Driggs, Idaho. Leaf is guiding Mountain Legends Ranch through the Greater Yellowstone Framework for Sustainable Development Pilot Program.
