Teton Meadows Ranch - Jackson, WY

Teton Meadows Ranch_logo
Leaf has structured sustainable specifications that will result in a development that is carbon neutral in its operations.  Unique to Teton Meadows  is the design of a subdivision scale geothermal heat loop that will be used to space heat and cool structures within the development.

In addition to the geothermal heat loop, Leaf has specified simple design and construction guidelines in the structures that cause significant reductions in the amount of energy consumed. Of the minimal amount of energy that is not created on site, the structures at Teton Meadows Ranch will consume only wind energy that is produced for the local utility grid.  Leaf is guiding Teton Meadows Ranch through the Greater Yellowstone Framework for Sustainable Development, and will be presenting the project at the US Green Building Council's Greenbuild 2008 in Boston, Massachusetts.
